This policy describes how Growpetence handles personal data. Our goal is clarity and trust: we only collect information when necessary to ensure interplay with clients works and the service flow remains smooth.

1. Data Controller

2. Why do we process data? (Purpose)

The core reason for processing personal data is business fluidity. We need information for the following purposes:

Managing client relationships: To deliver agreed-upon analyses, such as the Growth Competence Analysis, and to maintain contact during the project.

Sales and marketing: To offer solutions to companies where growth has stalled or who need a new direction.

Service development: To understand where client challenges (bottlenecks) typically lie and to improve our 90-day recipes.

The legal basis for processing is primarily the contract (client relationship) or the controller’s legitimate interest (B2B direct marketing and relationship maintenance).

3. What data do we process?

We focus on the essentials. The register may contain the following:

Basic information: Name, email address, phone number, job title.

Company information: The name of the company you represent, business ID, and public financial data (turnover, results) used to form a situational picture.

Client relationship data: Meeting notes, agreed actions, and analysis results.

4. Where does the data come from?

Primarily, we receive information directly from you through meetings, website forms, or email. We also utilize public company databases and decision-maker registers to ensure we are contacting the right people.

5. Data transfers and disclosure

The data mainly stays with us. We do not sell it.

We use trusted partners (e.g., for financial administration and IT systems) for technical data processing. We ensure through contracts that data is processed securely and in accordance with the law. Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

6. Data retention

We keep data as long as necessary to manage the client relationship or to fulfill legal obligations (such as accounting). When the information is no longer needed or current, it is deleted.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Check what information we have stored about you.

• Request correction of incorrect information.

• Demand the deletion of data ("right to be forgotten"), provided there are no legal obstacles.

• Prohibit direct marketing at any time.

For requests, please contact the email address mentioned above.
